ANOTHER MONTH,
another mag.
The Barkly sure is a big place. From the air it stretches in all directions endlessly.
It's not all the same though by a long shot. There a flat rocky bits, grassy bits, places with dense ground cover, escarpments, long winding rivers and everything in between.
The mail plane ride was as good as Quinno said it would be. If I do it again I'd like to go in the Wet to see the difference. There are places that are practically cut off by distance that become completely cut off by water. It's an isolation that relatively few Australians have experienced.
Next issue we'd like to start a series of top gardens in and around town, so if you want to put up your hand or dob in a friend, drop by the office.
There are new happenings in the telecommunications sector at the moment and we'll hook you into the latest developments.
See you at the show.
